Collarmate is operated by B & O Pet Co Pty Ltd trading as B & O Pet Co (ABN 14 703 075 352), Toowoomba, Queensland.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Collarmate website and related services (the "Service") operated by B & O Pet Co Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your contact details up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.

2. Pet profiles and tags

You are responsible for the information you add to a pet profile, including contact and medical details. The QR code on each tag links to a profile you control. You can update or remove profile information at any time.

3. Privacy

Your personal contact details are not shown on the tag or the public scan page unless you choose to show them. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and protect your information.

4. Orders and payment

Tag orders are fulfilled through our Shopify store and subject to Shopify's terms. Prices and availability may change. Collarmate+ is free for 1 month for the first 100 members (offer closes 1 January 2027); we will remind you before then and nothing is charged automatically. The free 1-month offer includes GPS and vet alerts; Digital Pet Folder and Refer a Friend are part of the full Collarmate+ month-to-month plan and are not included during the free month. Family & Friends codes grant a set period of complimentary Collarmate+ from the redemption date and include the full feature set; after it ends the same terms apply.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. B & O Pet Co Pty Ltd is not liable for loss arising from a lost or unreadable tag, a finder not scanning it, or delays in alerts.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service.
